I found the pool really gorgeous, especially with its clear water and surrounding greenery. the rooms had a beautiful design. The well-kept condition added to the overall experience. i liked that the hotel offered complimentary transportation to the beach area. the umbrellas were available because of the rain, thoughtful and useful.
The gym was outdated. Equipment looked unusable. there was also an unpleasant smell.

the rooms are cozy and clean. each room includes two complimentary bottles of water daily. the rooms feature wooden floors. they appear slippery, so guests should exercise caution to prevent falls.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety. It was the same items every morning. the staff weren't always attentive during breakfast either. sometimes tables weren't cleared promptly. plus, the wifi was weak in the room.

leaking ceilingac issue
The room i had featured a leaking ceiling in the bathroom, it was quite a nuisance. heavy rain occurred when i arrived. Consequently, there was a puddle on the floor. it was a slip hazard. although staff were aware, there was no repair. also, the ac was not working. It blew air without cooling. it was humid and uncomfortable.
